This allows you not only to trigger the flash head but you can also set the flash power, thanks to the optional X1 trigger, or the XT16 and FT16 power remotes. The compact SK400II-V of 38 centimeters has a recycling time of 0.1 to 1.0 seconds and a flash duration of 1/2000 to 1/800 of a second.
