For Canon products purchased from Whelan Cameras, we offer 2 years cover against manufacturing defects that may cause breakdown.

What isn’t covered?

Damage caused by accidents or misuse are not covered by the guarantee.

What products are covered?

All Canon hardware products purchased from us are covered by a 2-year manufacturer’s guarantee.

*Exceptions

Consumables (ink and toner), merchandise and 3rd party products are not covered. Smaller accessories are also not covered (see product descriptions for confirmation).

Our guarantee does not limit your statutory rights.
