Shipping Terms

We only deliver to Ireland and Northern Ireland. We do not offer a worldwide shipping service. Orders from outside of the island of Ireland without an Irish shipping address will be cancelled and refunded immediately, unless the order is intended to be collected from our store - please specify in the comment box of your order. 

Every effort is made to ensure that your purchase will reach you as soon as is possible, some products may take longer than others.

Stock statuses are for indicative purposes only and although every effort is made to ensure they are as accurate as possible, errors can occur. In the event of this happening the customer will be contacted and informed of the expected ETA of their order. 

If your order total is over €200 you can avail of Free Shipping. Simply choose the Free Shipping Promo shipping option at the checkout at the checkout. In the event that an item is returned and the original order included our free shipping offer, our shipping cost will not be refunded. This is typically €10.

If you have selected Pick up From Store and change your mind and wish to have it shipped, email us at orders@whelancameras.ie to let us know. If the order is under €200 you will be required to pay for shipping. You can do so via this link - www.whelancameras.ie/delivery-fee

 If you have different delivery requirements, please state this on the order form as you proceed through check out. If we cannot comply, we will contact you immediately. 

Please Note: We do not deliver to Parcel Motel style offerings or to PO boxes, all deliveries must be to private residences or recognised work place addresses.

The information we collect will not be used to create customer profiles based on browsing or purchasing history. We will not supplement information collected at our website with data from other sources. We do not share data with third parties.

Order fulfillment: In the event of banking issues, personal detail issues or other security issues, orders will be held until any of the above issues have been resolved. Also, we may ask for a copy of your passport and bank statement in order to process orders of high value. 

Whelan Cameras reserves the right to not fulfil an order, and issue a full refund.
