Store Pickup
When will my order be ready?
Most items can be ready in as little as 30 minutes from order completion, provided the item you have purchased is in stock. Please wait for our email stating your order is Ready for Collection before assuming your order will be ready. Orders placed less than 30 minutes before our store closing (or overnight - as late as 30 minutes before our store opening) won’t be ready until our store reopens the next business day. Store Pickup hours are 9.30am-4.30pm Monday through to Saturday.
What do I need to pick up my order?
You will receive an email with your unique Order number soon after completing your order. When picking up, you will need to provide:
- Your Order number
- A valid photo ID
If I cannot pick up the order, may I change my order to have it shipped?
Yes! Make sure email us on orders@whelancameras.ie with your order number:
- Confirm where the item is to be shipped (within the island of Ireland only)
- If order is under €200, ensure delivery fee is paid. That can be done via this link - https://www.whelancameras.ie/delivery-fee
Where do I pick up my order?
Upon arrival, approach a staff member and inform them you are collecting an order. Provide Your Order ID & Photo ID.
How long will Whelan Cameras hold my order?
We will hold your order up to 30 business days. Abandoned orders will be cancelled automatically.
